Description

Our half day charters cater for those that are time short. With a maximum of 6 guests aboard our high speed vessels, we will visit some top fishing destinations close in to Darwin. Our highly experienced team will tailor your fishing charter to suit the tides, weather conditions and time of year to ensure we produce the best results we can for our guests.

Depending on conditions, we may run our half day charters in the morning or afternoon. If you have a preference please let us know at the time of booking. Please note, we generally run our half days charters in the afternoon/evening. Your charter will begin with a meet and greet at the launch location in Darwin at about 3pm with the plan to return at about 7pm. After our introduction, we will travel to our first destination.

Your half day charter may include reef and/or sport fishing. We are time short on our half day charters, so we can't incorporate as much variety as our full day charters. Sometimes we may only do sport fishing, other days only reef fishing and some days a bit of both. Our half day charters provide a taste of the full day experience. Upon arrival at each destination, your guide will provide you with all the tutoring and assistance required for you to master the various techniques. Plenty of snacks and cool drinks are available to keep your energy and hydration up through out the charter.

Reef/bottom fishing with bait and soft plastics for Black Jewfish, Golden Snapper, Coral Trout, Grass Emporer, Bluebone, Saddletail etc.
Casting poppers and stickbaits for pelagics such as Giant Trevally and Queenfish
Jigging for Spanish Mackerel
Casting jigs and lures for Longtail Tuna
